Zero

England fans and media didn’t take Monday’s shocking loss to Iceland very well, but at least The Times had a sense of humor about it.
Soccer writers tend to provide their player ratings following matches. Usually, the grades will vary across the board. The Times’ Henry Winter wasn’t in the mood for that after the Round of 16 loss.
He gave every England player who made an appearance in the match a rating of “0.”
Talk about harsh feedback. Winter provided context for every grade. It didn’t matter that Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford provided a spark — he played and lost to Iceland … ZERO.
Wayne Rooney scored on a penalty … ZERO.
The comments weren’t as mean as the grades, but that’s essentially the worst report card ever.
